UP। Gaziabad, Saturday, 09=11=2024, members of Lions Club Ghaziabad Main celebrated Gopashtami festival at Shambhu Dayal Dayanand Vedic Sanyas Ashram in Dayanand Nagar, by applying tilak, aarti to the cows, draping shawls on them and duly worshipping them. President Seema ji and all the Lions sisters fed jaggery and bananas and received the blessings of Gau Mata. Along with President Seema Garg ji, Secretary Purnima Agarwal, former PDCP Sushma Garg and many members of Lions Club Ghaziabad Main were also present.
President of Central Arya Yuvak Parishad Uttar Pradesh, Praveen Arya also served cows along with his family on Gopashtami.
Yogi Praveen Arya said that we feel that cow protection, cow rearing, cow breeding, consumption of cow milk and ghee is extremely beneficial for all the humans of the world and cow slaughter is a great sin. Those who slaughter cows do not deserve to be called civilized or human beings but they are criminals of God and humanity.
On this occasion Rahul Arya, Pankaj Arya, Ashramacharya Jitendra and brahmacharis of the ashram were present.
